Hi. My name is Mandy, and I'm Hurvin''s best friend. I'm a little girl with glasses who's a good student at school and knows a lot of things. So sometimes Hurwinkle thinks I'm too smart. But otherwise, I'm naive, impractical and easily made to cry by Hurvin's boyish antics. But we're not crying now, we're playing.

If, like me, you're interested in history, I made my first appearance alongside Hurvin on April 19, 1930 in Hurvin's Spring Revue. Unlike Sleeping Beauty and Hurvin, who have changed only minimally over the years, I have changed form several times. So my appearance today is very different from the original.My current appearance was created in the 1970s by Zdeněk Juřena.
